3 br: Starts at $290–$675 per night. We mostly rent both units together as a three bedroom three bath.

2 br: Starts at $195–$450 per night

1 br: Starts at $160–$275 per night

Rates depend on season, number of guests, and length of stay.

If you are a smoker, you have to smoke outdoors. There is a patio you can walk out onto from our one-bedroom unit.

FEES

December-April: Higher rent, especially during holidays and festivals.

$300 refundable cleaning/damage deposit; $500 to secure rental.
